Simply sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Centiflow. Once verified, your employees can register using your unique Employer Code.
We provide onboarding materials and can assist with staff communication. Employers are also encouraged to announce Centiflow during internal briefings, and employees will receive SMS/email notifications after registration.
Centiflow does not allow borrowing beyond the legal payroll deduction limits. Employers can also set internal limits per employee, per month, to align with company policy.
Not at all. The platform is designed to be simple and efficient. Approvals are done via an intuitive dashboard, and monthly repayment reports make deductions easy to process. Our support team is also available to assist.
If an employee leaves the company, the employer should log in to their Centiflow portal and deactivate that employee’s account. This action prevents them from submitting any new loan requests. However, even if a loan request is made before deactivation, it will still require employer review and can be declined at that stage.
All applications are reviewed and approved by the employer through their dashboard. Centiflow does not disburse any loan without employer confirmation.

You’ll need your phone number, employer code, and basic ID details. You’ll also be asked to confirm your M-Pesa number for disbursement.
No collateral is required. Your employer’s approval and salary deduction are all that’s needed.
No. Since repayment is made through payroll deduction, there is no need for a guarantor.
No, we do not perform CRB checks for salary advances. Approval is based on your employment and employer consent.
All loans are short-term and repayable within the same month, through payroll deduction.
Your limit is set by your employer and is typically based on your monthly salary and internal company policy. You’ll see your exact limit when you log into the platform.
We charge a flat interest rate which is deducted upfront from your loan. There are no hidden fees.
Unfortunately, no. Centiflow services are only available to employees of verified companies that have partnered with us. However, you can recommend Centiflow to your employer for collaboration—once your company is onboarded, you’ll be able to apply for salary advances through the platform.
